With your previous investigative articles as foundation, this article is on fire!

The financialization of companion animal welfare, using animals as disposable fundraising props and cynically monetizing compassion to amass hundreds of millions, is perhaps one of the most untold national stories and worthy of major documentary.

Did any of the BFAS lobbying result in policy changes - local or national - that do help animals?

Not that I'm aware of Cindy, only the contrary or neutral results.

There are thousands of us across this nation—rescuers, responders, and advocates—who have dedicated our lives to protecting the voiceless. We know exactly who the enemy is now. The blinders are off.

What we’re witnessing isn’t just unethical—it’s criminal. We are confronting a coordinated enterprise operating under the guise of rescue. This is a RICO-level racketeering operation, and they will be held accountable. The evidence is mounting. The criminal referrals are coming.

While these organizations dump family pets into shelters, trafficking them across state lines, hiding intake records, misleading donors, and evading reunion protocols, we are not standing idle.

We are actively building legal cases.

We are working on obtaining arrest warrants for the directors of the shelters that are knowingly complicit in this scheme. The public trusts these organizations to save animals, not to profit off their disappearance or silence the families looking for them.

This Is Not Rescue.

This is an organized crime syndicate—and it’s ending.

What the public sees as “rescue” is in fact a coordinated network operating under a veil of compassion. What’s really happening is felony-level cruelty to animals, interstate trafficking, fraud, and donor deception on a national scale.

For years, there were no arrests.

But in 2017, we returned to the field.

We are retained. We are tracking. And we are not stopping.

Look closely:

Search for Humane Society Director arrests in 2018. There have been many arrest since that date - after we became active in the field. -

We are now working alongside the bureau of investigation

These crimes will not go on punished any longer. They can count on that. They will end up in prison when we finished with him just like Steffan Baldwin North, Ohio Humane society just received 15.5 years in prison for KILLING 18 dogs.

You’ll find the same pattern—HSUS and ASPCA partner shelters, the same transporters:

Liz Baker (Greater Good Charities)

Ric Browde (Wings of Rescue)

Cathy Bissell (Bissell Pet Foundation)

These are the shippers. The funders. The conduits.

They work hand-in-hand with shelters that Best Friends Animal Society fraudulently labels “no kill”—while they dump pets, cover up euthanasia rates, and silence families looking for their missing animals after disasters.

It is fraud.

It is cruelty.

It is racketeering.

And justice is coming.
